Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. proudly celebrates its 37th founding anniversary by organizing a housing fair, running from April 15 to May 15, 2025. The fair will be held simultaneously at Sheltech’s Dhaka and Chattogram offices, operating every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including Fridays.

Over 300 apartments and commercial spaces will be available at prime locations such as Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Basundhara, Kakrail, Malibagh, Uttara, Asad Avenue, Jolshiri Abashon, and Panchlaish R/A in Chattogram. A special offer of up to 25 lakh Taka will be provided for booking apartments or commercial spaces at the anniversary fair. Additionally, anyone can register for complimentary interior consultancy services from expert architects. 

The fair was inaugurated on Tuesday by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. The event was attended by Strategic Planning, PR & Marketing Advisor Naushad Choudhury, Chief Operating Officer Shajahan, Senior GM Engineer Hosneara Parvin, Head of Sales & Marketing A K M Rafiul Islam, and other senior officials.

Interested buyers can participate in the fair at either of the two venues in Dhaka or Chattogram.

Chattogram Venue: Rubiya Heights (2nd Floor), House 7/A/1, Road 3, Zakir Hossain Road, South Khulshi, Chattogram.
