Sheltech Group Signs Strategic Partnership with LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC.

Sheltech Group, one of the renowned conglomerates in Bangladesh, proudly embarked on a strategic partnership with LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC. (LHB), the frontline cement producer in Bangladesh.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday, September 23, during a formal ceremony held at Sheltech’s corporate office in Panthapath, Dhaka.

The MoU was officially signed by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., and Mr. Mohammad Mahfuzul Hoque, Director of Commercial & Logistics, LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC.

This agreement marks a strategic collaboration aimed at elevating the quality of real estate ventures of Sheltech through the integration of premium products from LafargeHolcim Bangladesh (LHB).

Through this partnership, Sheltech will integrate LafargeHolcim’s premium building solutions across upcoming exclusive projects, reaffirming a joint commitment to quality, structural durability, and sustainable real estate development.

The MoU signing ceremony was graced by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.; Engr. Md. Sayiful Islam, Chief Engineer of Engineering Design, Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.; Engr. Mohammad Abul Basher, Chief Engineer of Construction, Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. and Md. Hasanur Rashid, Head of Procurement of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.; and senior officials from both companies.
